Background

Conair is one of the largest CPG producers with a broad product catalog spanning hair tools, garment steamers, and travel accessories. Despite its market size, Conair faces challenges in digital engagement, with an average engagement time of just 35 seconds. These issues stem from an outdated brand language, non-user-centric website navigation, and insufficient visibility of its complete product range.
 

THE ASK

Uncover user needs, behavior, and business goals through research and interviews to set up a foundation to re-establish Conair.com as a purposeful, modern digital channel that engages with consumers and compells purchases.
